My interest in healthy lifestyle habits began in 2005 thanks to the practice of yoga. Since then, a more respectful and internal listening began.
Throughout these years I’ve been trained and worked as a nutritional coach and constellation therapist, accompanying people with different symptoms or illnesses from a holistic approach.
